Dr. Kate DeConinck at USD is hiring two research assistants to assist with research projects that she will be conducting in San Diego during the 2021-22 academic year. Dr. DeConinck is based out of the Department of Theology and Religious Studies and is also the co-director of the Urgent Challenges Collective (USD’s initiative on homelessness). Research assistants will primarily support her externally-funded research project about San Diegans’ diverse relationships with pets during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr. DeConinck plans to hire one Graduate Research Assistant as well as one Research Assistant (Photography/Videography). Additional details about these positions are available online here.
