Dear Class of 2020, 

We look forward to celebrating all of your achievements and the sheer tenacity it took to graduate in the midst of all that we are experiencing! This celebration will take place on Saturday, May 23 at 10 AM PDT. 

An invitation that you can personalize and forward to your friends and family will be sent to you on Wednesday this week. 

To make this event a memorable one, we need some information from you–some of it urgently–so that you can help us shape it and personalize it:

1. In order to receive your special gift from us, we need your current mailing address and sweatshirt size. This is urgent: Please complete this google form by Thursday, May 7. 
2. We would like to feature all of you as much as we can. To do this, we’d like you to complete this google form, which will ask you for the following:
   1. Your hometown
   2. A current headshot and any photos from your studies that you’d like us to include
   3. A short video clip (a few seconds long) of your creative response to the prompt: “What the world needs during this time”. You could hold up a sign, recite a quote–be creative!
   4. Nominate yourself or a classmate to be a “cohort speaker”. This person would represent your graduating cohort and give a short remark during the celebration. 
   5. The deadline to complete this form is Monday, May 11th.
