Campus Climate Survey

“Please take a few minutes to share your perception of USD’s campus climate related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This survey is being administered to graduate students, faculty, staff, and administrators at the University of San Diego to help us better understand the campus climate. Undergraduate students have the opportunity to respond to similar questions every three years (most recent administration was Spring 2021). This survey will join that three-year cycle and allow USD to have a more complete pulse on campus climate for our entire community as we strive to achieve our strategic goals, specifically Goal 2 – Strengthening Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice.

We invite you to respond with complete candor. Your responses are confidential and will only be shared in aggregate. To protect your confidentiality, identifying information will be removed from your responses prior to analysis, at no time will your responses be tied to your identity.

The survey is available in Spanish and on paper in the Human Resources Office, Maher 101, Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm.

Thank you for taking the time to share your responses.”

Take the survey here!

Dr. Regina Dixon Reeves
Vice Provost for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
