Gibbon Sentence [McCormick]

Moving from Las Vegas to San Diego for college is the toughest life transition I have experienced. Prior to coming here everyone talked about the positive memories and opportunities that I would encounter. However, everyone failed to mention the difficulty I experienced in such a drastic change. For myself, and for those around me, I know that technology made the ride far smoother. I am able to use my cellphone to call my family whenever I feel homesick. Computers help me succeed in all of my classes. My car drives me places when I run out of necessities. There are so many things we take for granted that we use and I couldn’t imagine not having them. In all aspects of my life technology makes a positive impact, especially with the transition of living at home to being squished in a dorm just a little bit easier.
