CSI is very excited to bring you all Gender Diversity Through an Intersectional Lens! This virtual event, facilitated by Citlalli Mendoza (he/him), will be a day of reflection and breaking down stigma to better engage with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. The facilitator, Citlalli Mendoza (he/him), describes himself as a queer, Latinx, gender-blessed humxn, LGBTQ+ mental health service provider, and educator. This event will provide an opportunity to learn from him and one another as we engage in meaningful conversations to better serve our clients.
This event will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 11:30am-1:30pm. If you are interested in attending, please register through the eventbrite link below. The event will cost $10 for CSI members and first-year students when they use the discount code (check your emails or contact amandaberry@sandiego.edu for this) and will be $15 for non-members. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register if you’re interested!
