I believe zotero was a good thing to introduce to us as it really helped me keep my sources all together in one place.

One thing that can be done differently is with the peer review sessions: lots of times either some people didn’t have a complete draft or the guidelines of how to peer edit were not specific. I would suggest maybe doing groups of two instead of three, that way people are more dedicated to that one paper instead of trying to rush through both.
