Important Dates: January & Spring 2023

  • The Spring 2023 semester runs from January 26, 2023 through May 15, 2023. The Add/Drop Deadline is February 6, 2023. Adjustments to your schedule can be made through MySanDiego portal → Torero Hub → My Academics → Add/Drop Classes

  • The CMFT Student Professional Development Award application deadline is Wednesday March 15, 2023. We will review your applications with a few faculty members and send out award notices by April 15, 2023.

  • For those of you planning to graduate in 2023, please ensure your Petition to Graduate is completed in order for your name to be included in the commencement materials. If this is not completed, please do so ASAP! If you check out the https://www.sandiego.edu/commencement/ website, you will notice SOLES graduation will be May 21, 2023 at 9 A.M. Please plan accordingly.

    • To submit a petition to graduate:

    • Login to the MySanDiego portal. Navigate to the My Academics Tab and then scroll down to Registrar’s Forms Box, Click Academic Forms, then Click on Masters/PhD Petition to Graduate to submit the petition form.

    • Students with questions regarding eligibility or the petitioning process, email the Graduate Records Office at usdgradrec@sandiego.edu or call (619) 260-2217.

  • We are asking for Student Volunteers to assist with the 2023-24 Admissions Cycle. Please use this form to sign-up and feel free to email us if you have any questions!

  • SDCOE’s Human Resource Services is holding an event sponsored by Schools First Credit Union and Empower Retirement for individuals seeking to obtain a first time substitute teaching permit. During this event, limited FREE fingerprinting will be provided for people seeking to become a first time substitute teacher.  This event will be held at SDCOE, 6401 Linda Vista Rd, San Diego 92111 in Annex B and C on Tuesday, January 24 from 8 am to 2 pm.
