On an extremely cold winter day, when I was in the third grade of my elementary school named: The Henderson International School, where I made many of my best memories and experienced new things for the first time, such as the snow that fell from the sky that afternoon and had all of the desert rats race outside to feel the weather we had barely been exposed to previously and resulted in our next day of classes become cancelled with a letter home saying, “Sorry for the inconvenience, but due to unusual circumstances, we are experiencing weather that not many of us are used to and as a concern for each student’s safety we will be closing the campus tomorrow.”
