On one rather cold and dreary winter morning in December of 1941 the head of Johnson family, Robert, woke up and went outside to collect the daily newspaper as it was his habit, however the headline on the front of the newspaper was about to startle not only Robert and his family but the entirety of the United States of America, for her orient ally in the bloody and devastating “War to end all Wars” had now become her fierce and vicious adversary in the worst war to occur in the events of human history, the Second World War or as it came to be known in the Empire of Japan, the Greater East Asia War.
