Want to work on your leadership skills as a teacher leader? Maylen Rafuls (Graduate student in the PhD in Leadership Studies Program at USD – mrafuls@sandiego.edu ) will be facilitating a Leadership course at SAILN for World Languages and ELD teachers. The course runs out of SDSU and you can purchase units from Stanford. It includes a coaching component so you will be able to work on your individual goals one-on-one with the instructor.
