The April 2023 CADW faculty workshop will be held on Thursday, April 27 from 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM in LC 207. Lunch will be served.

Using a Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) approach, this workshop combines insights from rhetoric and composition research, practitioner lore, and examples from Writing Program Affiliated Faculty in different disciplines to explore best practices and common challenges related to implementing CADW learning outcomes in an area of study. The workshop is split into three sections:

• In an area of study…

In each section, faculty will be encouraged to share challenges, experiences, and resources. Faculty will also be asked to practice workshop skills in group exercises using short examples of student writing.
