Information Technology provides different services and platforms for Research and Academic Computing

•  High Performance Cluster (HPC) SABER1 is the first High Performance Cluster (HPC)  at University of San Diego. Launched in the year 2015, SABER1 has 6TFLOPS of computational power, 640GB of Cluster Memory and 25 TB of Storage. 

• Individual Compute Nodes ( Windows /Linux). Academic technology also supports various compute nodes for the research and teaching purposes.  We support faculties for their computational needs on research and academic computing by providing bare metal nodes, Virtualized Machines (VM) and cloud  instances.
