The Association of African American Educators in partnership with the San Diego County Office of Education would like to invite you to join us at the 28th Annual Educators Conference on Friday, March 6 – Saturday, March 7, 2020, at the Marina Village Conference Center.
This year’s conference theme is: “Strategies for Success: What is it About Me You Can’t Teach.” The primary focus of the conference is to address statewide concerns pertaining to equity and the quality of education for African American students; in addition to, developing strategies that school districts and colleges can use to ensure that all students achieve at the highest level.
The call for workshop proposals is now open. If you are interested in participating in the conference as a workshop presenter, the deadline to submit your proposal is January 17, 2020.
