The next “Leadership in Action” event is coming up on February 13th and we’d love to have you there! The afternoon’s presentation, “Understanding the Four Behavior Styles: How to Effectively Communicate to Secure Impactful Professional Relationships,” will be delivered by Sue Ebner, founder of ebner consults.
Sue has spent over 20 years in sales, business development, and training. Her training pedagogy is based on the mindful integration of extensive preparation and an understanding of the four behavior styles of human interaction. As a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, Sue provides DISC assessments and training on professional presence and verbal & non-verbal communication skills. Sue is currently the CFO of the Athena Foundation and a member of the University of San Diego, School of Leadership and Education Sciences Advisory Board. She has served as Board President for Athena, and Board Member for Planned Parenthood, the Old Globe Theatre, the American Heart Association, and the Senior Community Center. She has been recognized as a LEAD San Diego Graduate, YWCA TWIN Honoree, and the Girl Scouts’ “Coolest Women” in San Diego.
Sue’s presentation is designed to support students who are interested in deepening their understanding of real-world leadership challenges, particularly in the area of communication, relationships, and sales. So, join us!
