In this course, students will attend the International Leadership Association (ILA) conference in Ottawa, Canada along with pre and post classes to become familiar with one academic culture related to Leadership Studies. Students will have multiple opportunities to ask questions related to professional development and conference participation in general. If you wish to submit a proposal for the ILA conference, the deadline is Feb 1, 2019. Please see the call for proposals.
