Cohort Representative Description: As a member of your program, the Cohort Representative has a pulse on your cohort’s overall shared experiences. 

Cohort Representative Role:

• Leadership: Act as the primary contact for the program cohort
• Problem Solving: Provide ongoing feedback and share insight to help GBP address items as they arise
• Effective Communication: Relay important, time sensitive information to the cohort
• Community Building: Foster a culture of inclusiveness and support so peers remain engaged throughout the program

Cohort Representatives Contributions: 

• Create videos to help rebrand the Code of Professional Conduct and used via Blackboard as part of the pre-orientation onboarding (vs. in person orientation)
• Share stories of your cohort, make announcements, and profile your leadership role in a designated section of the GBP Newsletter 
• Provide survey input to help redesign newsletter 
• Address concerns/issues in and outside of the classroom
• Participate in photo shoots for marketing publications
• Organize social events for cohort to help foster community building
• Help champion GBP events with your cohort to remain active and engaged
• Create Student Tips/Videos
• Building Your Brand on LinkedIn
• Google Suite
• Personal Branding
