Faculty and Students:
Please use this form to report urgent concerns or share kudos about graduate business students. Graduate Business Student Services will follow up and provide the appropriate support or accolades. A few examples follow:

CONCERNS:
Not participating/attending class, concerned about overall wellness, not active in Blackboard, missed assignments, other concerns, etc.

KUDOS:
Excellent work on a project/assignment/presentation we can profile in an upcoming newsletter, or job offer/promotion/change, achieved industry credential, etc.
