CRLR

California Regulatory Law Reporter

The centerpiece of CPIL’s academic program and student intern monitoring efforts has been its publication of the California Regulatory Law Reporter. The Reporter was published from 1980 to 2001 in hard copy and covered the activities of over thirty state regulatory agencies.

In Fall 2017 CPIL resumed publication of its signature publication in an online format. The only publication of its kind in the nation, the Reporter has been a valuable source of information to legislators, courts, law firms, journalists, public interest organizations, and consumers. Due to the increased demand on CPIL over the past 17 years, coupled with limited resources, the publication has been on hiatus.

Our new online format features high-level summaries of the activities of 12 of California’s major regulatory agencies and provides hyperlinks to key sources. The Reporter is published in two issues, the Fall Issue covering October 16 through April 15, and the Spring Issue which covers April 16 through October 15. All volumes of the Reporter are currently available through the USD Digital Repository and through WestLaw.
