Calming Corner – Tuesday, May 16th – Wednesday, May 24th

The Calming Corner – Reservations

The Calming Corner will be open again during study days and final exams. The Calming Corner is a private office space in the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion (UC 161) that you can reserve for a 60-minute shift to recharge, rest, study, meditate or decompress.

The Calming Corner includes:

    • small sofa
    • white noise machine
    • calming water feature
    • dim lighting to support rest
    • mindful activities to use
    • calming teas
    • de-stress toys
    • mindful coloring activities
