Join the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion & CARE (Campus Assault Resources & Education) team for a confidential space to practice mindfulness through using @paintgemart. This is a great opportunity to be in community with others and take part in a calming night of crafting to ease any stressors.

Prepare for finals by making your own self-care kit with the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion and Graduate Student Life! All students welcome.
Thursday, December 7th
Calming Canyon Walk with Outdoor Adventures
12:30pm – 2:00pm – meet at the OA office (University Center 136)
Prepare for finals by taking time for a calming walk through the nearby and beautiful Tecolote Canyon. We will meet at the Outdoor Adventures office by 12:30pm and walk as a group through the canyon, returning to the office by 2pm. Spending time in nature and moving your body are both great ways to manage stress and care for yourself during this busy season!

9:30am – 11:30am in front of the University Center
Take a ‘PAWS’ to visit with everyone’s favorite fluffy friends! This is a great way to de-stress and practice self-care in community 🙂
