The Calming Corner
The Calming Corner is officially opens! The Calming Corner is a private office space in the CHWP (UC 161) that you can reserve for a 30 or 60-minute shift to recharge, rest, study, meditate or decompress.
The Calming Corner includes:

- small sofa
- personal blanket for you to keep
- white noise machine
- calming water feature
- dim lighting to support rest
- mindful activities to use
- calming teas
