Mecca Talks Stress Religious Tolerance

During a peace meeting in the country of Saudi Arabia, the mother land of Islam, King Abdullah called for better interfaith relations. Saudi highlights dangers of Islamic extremism. This is the first step to religious tolerance for not only the country of Saudi Arabia but the whole world.

 Religious tolerance in Lebanon’s schools

Although an Evangelical school in southern Lebanon, the students and teachers are a testament to the complexities of religious co-existence in today’s Middle East. This story illustrates how education and children are the roots to peace and stability.  This is the first step to religious tolerance in the world.
