You can utilize the tool for synchronous office hours, guest speakers, or asynchronous micro-lecture recordings direct from your laptop. Guidelines for managing Zoom recordings:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be mindful of what you store in the Zoom cloud.&nbsp;Record only what&#8217;s needed&nbsp;and store it in the Zoom cloud only for the needed&nbsp;length of time. Note that Zoom recordings&nbsp;can be&nbsp;stored for a&nbsp;maximum of 120 days.<\/li><li>Zoom recordings that need to be saved for more than 120 days, should be&nbsp;downloaded&nbsp;to your&nbsp;Google Drive&nbsp;(which&nbsp;has unlimited&nbsp;storage) and shared with those who need to access them. We recommend downloading those recordings as soon as they are available. Otherwise, you may forget to do that before the time limit is reached.
