About the CLA

The CLA improves the understanding and practice of leadership by integrating advanced leadership theory with applied leadership practice. Our programs develop self-awareness, personal clarity, and the ability to understand and integrate individual, group and community perspectives. We strive to expand leadership beyond the traditional business model to include and embrace the experience of women and girls, people of color, and industries such as higher education, athletics, and non-profit.

Support the CLA

We strive to make leadership accessible for all populations, especially ones who don’t typically have access to high-level leadership development. To support our programs for girls and women, youth, disability leadership and more click here.
