\n<\/span>What does it involve?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Morning prayer and input provided by Sr. Mary Frohlich, RSCJ<\/li>\n
- Evening reflection led by members of the group<\/li>\n
- Daily walks to parks in and around the San Diego area<\/li>\n
- A quiet, prayerful atmosphere and time for sharing<\/li>\n
- Room for 8 participants<\/li>\n
- Women of all ages welcome; must be able to walk gently for up to 4 hours<\/li>\n
- More rigorous hikers also welcome<\/li>\n
