Copley Library
Members of FST have full use of Copley Library at the University of San Diego, including access to databases and digital resources. Items housed at Copley Library on the USD campus may be requested and checked out. Electronic resources are available through USD’s databases and journal subscriptions which can be easily searched online.
For further information, contact the Librarian at library@fst.edu.
Digital Theological Library
All students have unlimited access to the Digital Theological Library (DTL). Most of your required textbooks can be accessed via DTL. After you search/select a text, it will ask you to login with your institution (i.e. Franciscan School of Theology) and student ID number. Contact byoung@fst.edu if you have questions or encounter any issues with DTL.
USD’s Writing Center
USD’s Writing Center is an inclusive community serving undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines. In free, 45-minute to one-hour, one-on-one consultations, our experienced consultants provide critical reflection and constructive feedback during the multiple stages of the writing process, from planning to composing to revision. In this process, it is our goal to help students develop strategies for improving their writing, for gaining confidence in their writing and for developing educational independence.
