  1. This is a great set of opportunities for us as FST students! I especially appreciate the emphasis on caring for our shared home with World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation approaching on September 1st. The Diocese of San Diego zoom presentation on August 13th sounds very informative and a great way to learn more about the connection between climate change and human health.

The service opportunities are fantastic too. The weekly dinner program at Immaculate Conception and the chance to contribute to the Confirmation class at Mission San Luis Rey are meaningful ways to put our learning into action. For anyone feeling led to volunteer for the Confirmation program, even a short presentation could significantly impact those young adults. Maybe we, as current FST students can offer topics related to our current areas or knowledge. Thanks for sharing these community connections!
