This Sunday, we celebrate the great feast of Pentecost. Jesus offers us peace and the gift of the Holy Spirit:
“Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.’ And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.'”

What does it involve?
- Morning prayer and input provided by Sr. Mary Frohlich, RSCJ
- Evening reflection led by members of the group
- Daily walks to parks in and around the San Diego area
- A quiet, prayerful atmosphere and time for sharing
- Room for 8 participants
- Women of all ages welcome; must be able to walk gently for up to 4 hours
