Graduate students in SOLES are offering pro bono coaching services as part of their participation in the Leadership Coaching Certificate Program. The student coaches partner with their clients in achieving meaningful personal and professional goals. Through thought-provoking conversations that promote self-discovery and accountability, coaching supports the client and inspires them to maximize their potential. The coaching sessions are one-on-one, last for 60 to 90 minutes, and usually occur twice a month. Face-to-face meetings are encouraged, however, virtual sessions via Zoom or similar are also possible.
