The\u00a0next \u201cLeadership in Action\u201d event is coming up on February 13th<\/sup> and we\u2019d love to have you there! The afternoon\u2019s presentation, “Understanding the Four Behavior Styles: How to Effectively Communicate to Secure Impactful Professional Relationships,\u201d will be delivered by Sue Ebner, founder of ebner consults<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sue has spent over 20 years in sales, business development, and training. Her training pedagogy is based on the mindful integration of extensive preparation and an understanding of the four behavior styles of human interaction.<\/strong> As a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, Sue provides DISC assessments and training on professional presence and verbal & non-verbal communication skills. Sue is\u00a0currently\u00a0the CFO of the Athena Foundation and a member of the University of\u00a0San\u00a0Diego, School of Leadership and Education Sciences Advisory Board. She has served as Board President for Athena, and Board Member for\u00a0Planned\u00a0Parenthood, the Old Globe Theatre, the American Heart Association, and the Senior Community Center. She has been recognized as a\u00a0LEAD San Diego Graduate, YWCA TWIN Honoree,\u00a0and the Girl Scouts\u2019 \u201cCoolest Women\u201d in San Diego.<\/p>\n

Sue\u2019s presentation is designed to support students who are interested in deepening their understanding of real-world leadership challenges, particularly in the area of communication, relationships, and sales. So, join us!<\/p>\n
