Francesca graduated in 2019 with Honors with a degree in Biology and a minor inSpanish. She wrote and presented her thesis titled, “The Effects of Pregnancy on Muscle Morphology and Force Production”.
She is currently furthering her research project with the Danos lab and hoping to attend a PhD program in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology.
Marie Ellenor Bagana
Marie is a rising senior majoring in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Communications. Marie is planning on taking a gap year to gain more research experience before attending medical school.
Michael Gloriani graduated in 2019 with honors in Biology. He worked on numerous projects in the Danos Lab starting in the Fall of 2017. Some of which include rat husbandry and filming. After collecting field data in Hawaii, he wrote and presented his Honors Thesis titled, “Sexual Dimorphism in the Feeding Mechanism of Jackson’s Chameleons”.
Michael is currently taking a gap year to apply to Medical School.
Megan graduated in 2019 with Honors in Biophysics. She began her work in the Danos lab in the Fall of 2016 on all projects including rat husbandry, and filming. She wrote and presented her Honors thesis title, “The Effects of Pregnancy on the Elasticity of Rat Tendons”.
Megan is currently taking a gap year to apply to Medical School.
Nikki graduated in 2018 with Honors in Biology. She began volunteering in the Danos Lab during the spring of 2018 on projects including rat husbandry, and video analysis.
Nikki has since started Vet school at U Minnesota.
