Each year the incoming International MBA cohort begins their academic journey at USD with Dr. Phil Hunsaker’s course “Leading Multicultural Teams and Organizations” in Rosarito, Mexico, where students are faced with the challenge of building double-decker beehives, which are donated to economically disadvantaged families in Mexicali, Mexico.
Dr. David Herrera with students from the Mondragon Course in the Basque region of Spain. This course explores the co-operative model of leadership, a model that was built (and remains functioning) on principles of cooperation, participatory management, payment solidarity, and social transformation.
