Remarkable Leaders in Education serves as an opportunity to honor legendary contributions to the field of education made by individuals from San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Members from the community nominate individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership through their work either in education, special education, counseling, child development or as an advocate for reform, and through these efforts have made a significant impact in San Diego and/or Imperial Counties.
