Twice a year the USD School of Business hosts a CFO Roundtable with several prominent firms, including Cushman & Wakefield, U.S. Bank, and KPMG.  This invitation-only event gathers about 40 CFO and other corporate finance leaders for high level speakers and panels.  Last Friday, we heard from a psychologist with the exotic name of Dr. Gustavo Grodnitzky.

San Diego is far from Newtown, but our hearts are joined with theirs in grief for their tragic loss.

On behalf of the students, staff and faculty of the USD School of Business, I want to express our deep sorrow and compassion, as well as our hope for healing, for the Newtown community.

USD 2012 Woman of Impact

USD student supply chain honors

Congratulations to our USD team of undergraduate supply chain management students for taking top honors for the second year in a row at the Institute for Supply Management™’s (ISM) Services Group Conference in Phoenix. Jessica Dey, Adam Sitcoscy, and Austin Slakey competed last week against teams from many schools, including Arizona State University, Michigan State University, Rutgers University, and Western Michigan University.
