Hi. I’m a Professor of Philosophy at the University of San Diego, founder and director of USD’s Center for Ethics, Economics, and Public Policy, and the founder of and frequent contributor to the Bleeding Heart Libertarians blog. I write about the basic income guarantee, exploitation, and the history of libertarian ideas.
I spoke with KPBS’s Midday Edition about USD’s new Center for Ethics, Economics, and Public Policy, our upcoming debate on immigration and human rights, and the importance of open dialogue and intellectual diversity in higher education.
My review of Loren Lomasky’s new book, Rights Angles, is now available at Notre Dame Philosophical Reviews.
