Why is this event important to USD community?
The USD community empowers its students to become ethical and compassionate leaders who are inspired to create lasting social change in our global society.

The opportunity for students to leave campus and venture out into the world is one of the greatest gifts USD’s students are given.

Welcoming a respected member of the Maasai tribe to campus furthers USD’s mission of exploring diverse cultures, exposes students and alumni to the life-saving work of an international NGO, and builds a bridge for the USD community to have a hands-on experience in bringing water and building schools in Kenya.
